Testosterone Propionate is used by doctors to treat low levels of naturally occurring testosterone in males. In addition, the drug can be used to treat delayed puberty in young males. In extreme cases, it is prescribed to women to treat advanced breast cancer.

Side Effects

An increase in aggression as well as an enlargement of breast tissue are side effects of abusing testosterone propionate. In addition, users can experience trouble sleeping, acne, an increase in sexual interests and hair loss.

Warning signs requiring medical attention

In males, an increase in the number of erections and or painful or prolonged erections can lead to permanent problems.

Diabetics  can experience a lower of blood sugar levels and should seek medical attention if they notice an increase in sweating or hunger.

Abusers should also seek immediate attention if they are unable to walk or move their legs.
