Hi, am 38, I have been lately in a relation with a guy who has been under propecia medication. and as i have been in contact with him during the relation, i have noticed many side effects later on on my body and that are linked to steroids. (Acne, hair loss, cycle changes (even sometimes disappeared), muscles building, water retention, weight gain,depression...). my question is how to get rid naturally of steroid from my body without taken any medication? because am no more in contact with the propecea since one year. i have lost the sever symtomps that i have mentioned above in 2 monthes but i feel am still having much of them like muscles and cycle changes. I have searched the internet, and it is said that the steroid remains for about 18 months in te body and may lead to sterility. I am no more in touch with the propecia but the side effects of the steroids did not disappear totally since one year. will it be impossible to remove steroid naturally? or can steroid be removed normally from the body?

I am 19 yrs of age, turn 20 in July of this year. I have been working out reguarly and always with high intensity for almost 4 years now. I lift with so much intensity that I get angry but its just a mental thing to pump me up. I am about 5'11 and weight about 160 and have always been active in sports, I am also very healthy to my knowledge and very rarely do I drink any kind of soda. I have an ectomorph type of body as my metabolism is rediculously fast. I have tried and tried to put on weight and it seems impossible. I lift heavy sets and have taken almost every weight gainer you can think of. I'm not looking to abuse steroids, but I have been thinking about doing just one cycle to put on a solid 15-20 pounds and never touch them again. I was wondering what a doctor's opinion is on this, I hope I have gave you enough background for an experts opinion. Thank You

I am a 25 year old male who enjoys sports, including weightlifting. I have no desire to abuse steroids, but am concerned about my endogenous testosterone levels. I have been lifting rigourously for 10 years, and always noticed my ability to increase in strength was far inferior to my same aged peers with similar training/diet routines. Moreover, I noticed I have always had slower growth of facial hair. Therefore, I sought medical attention, and was drawn a random (not diurnal) testosterone which was just slightly below normal limits. I realize a diurnal level would be necessary to further analyze the extent of my endogenous levels. My question is, what levels of endogenous are necessary for a (free testosterone and bound) male to gain muscle mass? I wonder if someone can be clincally symptomatic (low energy, poor muscle tone, slow growing facial hair, etc.) with a 'normal value', and if so, when will a physician considering supplementing? I personally have no desire to begin using steroids, but I do not enjoy feeling like I'm basically never going to expect any change in my current symptoms. I would appreciate any insight you could impart on this scenario. Thanks
